EU Ecolabel licence
Because the Basque Energy Board (EVE) has given us the energy efficiency certificate with its highest rating (LEVEL A).

Biomass
Because we use a Biomass boiler for heating and hot water using wood pellet fuel, green fuel of high calorific performance. A renewable energy source in which is completely biodegradable and can be used as fertilizer.
Water saving
Because we have installed economizers filters for water saving on all faucets in the Hotel.
Fruit trees
Because we have planted areas with fruit trees as walnut, pear, apple and cherry trees.
Light saving
Because in addition, we have implemented light saving measures as; auto-off lights in rooms when removing the card or motion detectors in corridor and bathrooms.
Biodegradable products
Because we use biodegradable cleaning and laundry products, selecting glass containers, cardboard or recyclable materials.
Green Energy
Green Energy comes exclusively from 100% renewable energy sources, characterised by full environmental respect by avoiding the emission of CO2 and other pollutant gases.
Floor heating
Because we use floor heating and no air conditioning.
Not watered
Because the environment of the Hotel is not watered, we let the rain do its job.
Energy-saving
Because we have installed energy-saving lights and led, both inside and outside the building (parking and landscaped areas), with the goal of achieving energy efficient.
Classification of waste
Because we made a correct classification of waste (oils, organic, glass, paper, plastics …), eliminated selectively in accordance with the legislation on packaging and containers.
Consumption of proximity
Because we encourage the product consumption of proximity in our restaurant using, as far as possible, food from local producers.
